Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid application analytics consulting engagements with enterprisedataflow. It does not cover physical products, software licences, or subscription marketplaces—we do not sell those. Website pricing is informational; the statement of work (SOW) controls fees for each engagement.

Eligibility for a refund

Refunds are available when we have not started billable work and you cancel in writing within the cooling-off window stated in your SOW (typically seven calendar days from payment of a deposit, if a deposit was collected). Once discovery workshops, audits, or analysis have begun, refunds—if any—are partial and tied to unused remaining scope.

Timeframe to request

Send refund requests to hello@enterprisedataflow.digital within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request (cancellation, material breach of agreed deliverables, or invoicing error). Include your company name, SOW reference, and reason.

Full refunds

A full refund of amounts paid applies when:

• We cancel the engagement before kickoff for reasons on our side; or
• You cancel in writing before kickoff within the SOW cooling-off window and no preparatory work was delivered.

Partial refunds

If an engagement is terminated after work has started, we invoice for completed milestones and reasonable work in progress. Any prepaid balance above that amount may be refunded. Unused office-hours sessions on a monthly retainer may roll over one month as described in the service description; after that they expire and are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed milestones accepted in writing or deemed accepted under the SOW.
• Third-party tool costs you purchase directly (analytics platforms, cloud usage, etc.).
• Custom research already delivered in draft form when you cancel for convenience.
• Deposits expressly labelled non-refundable in the SOW after kickoff.

Work already started

Audits, analyses, and stack setup are progressive. Cancelling mid-stream does not entitle you to a full refund of fees covering time already spent, interviews already held, or artefacts already shared.

Purchased materials and tooling

If, at your request, we purchase materials or specialised tooling on your behalf and you approve the cost in advance, those pass-through costs are non-refundable once incurred.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule workshops or office-hours sessions with at least forty-eight hours’ notice during Korea Standard Time business days at no charge. Late cancellations may forfeit that session. Engagement-level cancellation must be in writing; remaining prepaid fees are handled under the partial-refund rules above.

No-shows

If your stakeholders fail to attend a scheduled session without timely notice, that session may be counted as delivered. We will attempt one courtesy reschedule per engagement.

Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Processing typically completes within fourteen business days after approval. Bank fees charged by your institution are outside our control.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law, if they apply to your situation, take precedence over this policy. Enterprise SOWs may include custom refund terms that supersede this page for that contract only.
