These Terms govern access to enterprisedataflow.digital and consulting engagements with enterprisedataflow (“we”, “us”), based at 188-7, Jeonguiri, Sacheon-eup, Sacheon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea. By using this site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide application analytics consulting, including instrumentation audits, funnel and conversion analysis, retention studies, analytics stack setup, experiment measurement design, and advisory office hours. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written statement of work defines deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement.

Quotes and informational pricing

Prices shown on service pages are starting points for planning, not offers. Final fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. We do not process payments through this website.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to analytics tools, documentation, and stakeholders required for the engagement. Delays in access may shift timelines. You remain responsible for implementing engineering changes unless otherwise stated in the statement of work.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use deliverables created specifically for you (event dictionaries, reports, dashboard templates, and similar materials). Our pre-existing frameworks, templates, and methodologies remain our property. We may reuse anonymised, non-confidential patterns in future work.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect confidential information shared during an engagement and use it only for performing or receiving the services, unless disclosure is required by law.

Acceptable use of the website

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at a scale that impairs service, or submit unlawful or abusive form content.

Disclaimers

Analytics recommendations are professional opinions based on information available at the time. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as conversion lift or retention improvement. Website content is provided as-is without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction over Sacheon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do shall have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
